What Makes Cornelius Great?

In 1995, I moved to Cornelius for its lake, trees, neighbors, parks, schools, low crime, and laid-back life-style. After 1,490 residential units were approved in 2021, you elected me as Commissioner. With your help, we secured smart growth policies and protected our quality of life. In 2025, these policies are at risk.

Continue voting NO on apartments not in our Land Use Plan. Since being elected in '21 fewer than 250 have reached the Board. I was the lone "no" vote against the 6-story Cashmere project, defending the citizen-created Land Use Plan.
