It's not really just about the tower. Its about the fact that they did not even consider alternatives or even have a plan. It passed without regard for the overwhelming negative impact to the surrounding neighborhoods the tower was supposed to help. I proud to say this new Town Board listens to its residents!
*UPDATE * The voters will decide in November on the passing of a new CMS bond. If it passes, Cornelius Elementary is likely to be rebuilt.
*UPDATE* - So Proud to help create and serve on the resident driven Growth Management Task Force. Our residents did a great job!
*UPDATE*: The new resident driven Land Use Plan has given us an updated Policy that promotes smart growth!
*UPDATE* - Our resolution put a halt to high density projects while the Growth Management Task Force created a new Land Use Plan!
